Our Work Processes

Raw Material Sourcing

We begin by sustainably sourcing high-quality seaweed from Indonesia's Fresh Water.
Our commitment to sustainability ensures that we harvest seaweed in a way that allows for regrowth and minimizes environmental impact.


Upon arrival, the seaweed is then pre-treated with our advanced machinery to help extraction of carrageenan without human contamination. This process also helps in removing any remaining impurities.


The extraction mixture of seaweed is then filtered to separate the carrageenan from the residual extracting only the highest quality.

Washing, Cleaning, Drying

Then the mixture undergoes a thorough washing process to remove any sand, salt, and foreign materials. This ensures that only the purest mixture for production use.

QC and Packaging

The carrageenan flour undergoes rigorous quality tests to ensure it meets all safety and quality standards then the product is packaged and is ready for shipping to our global clientele.
